Septic System Repairs
Rudy's Country Store and Bar B Q:
Their first septic system began failing after only 3 years and began showing signs of imminent failure at 8 years.
SOS redesigned, permitted, supplied the equipment, coordinated all construction activities, and is currently providing operation & maintenance.
The new system operates unnoticed adjacent to the outdoor seating area. A fully automatic subsurface drip system irrigates over 58,000 sq. ft. of grassy hillside. Alarms transmitted by cell phone to a proprietary website provides email notice to all management staff.
Whataburger:
A high strength on-site wastewater treatment and dispersal system was designed and installed, then managed by SOS for a new Whataburger restaurant in San Antonio, Texas.
This project is sited where other systems in the area are failing or have failed. The store was more successful than was expected, and yet even at more than 3 times the designed capacity, SOS was able to keep the system out of trouble for two years.
SOS has completed the design, permitting, and installation of an expansion to that original system, and continues to manage the system.
